Zing! class structure

 Welcoming

At the start of every class, we

EDUCATE: We learn something new about movement & wellness (e.g. our heart is a muscle, we work it by doing cardio like superstar jacks).

MOTIVATE: We get motivated to move with interactive name games, powerful pep talks, and more.

ACTIVATE: We set the goal and focus on what we’re going to do in class.

The Zinger (the finisher)

We close out the workout with a Zinger which combines elements of teamwork, games, and total body conditioning so kids feel proud, strong & accomplished.

Cool down

We finish class with a good stretch, class recap, and motivational mantra.

The Warm-Up

We go through a dynamic, full-body warm-up to prepare the body for class.

Zing Time (the workout)

✮ Zing! Fit: Engaging total body workout that incorporates functional moves and imaginative play, charged by a whole lot of FUN and positivity!

Zing Fit Adventure (3-6 yrs): An interval based workout masked as imaginative adventure. From the jungle to outer space, this will class will take you far!

Zing Chill: Help your child to focus, relax, improve bodily awareness, and feel strong through mindfulness, breath work, and yoga-inspired movement.

Zing Energy Breaks: 1-minute workouts that your kids (and you!) can do when you need a boost of energy, focus, and feel-good vibes!

Zing Kick (9-12 yrs): A fun, fast-paced cardio conditioning workout that combines easy-to-follow kickboxing choreography with athletic drills for an electrifying fitness experience!
