Your child can expect to go through a dynamic warm-up, play movement games, learn new exercises while saying positive affirmations, get strong through our Zing! Zone (races, obstacle courses, circuits/stations, etc.), cool down, and do all of this with other like-minded kids.

We offer classes for children ranging from 21 months through 11 years of age. That said, we’ll welcome all ages at many of our public-facing events, we will create custom programs for contracted sites for certain age groups/needs, and we do offer tween classes specifically at our UES Studio (opening Spring 2025).

If you’re in the NYC Metro Area, we host classes throughout the year that you can sign up for on our website. We also offer classes at local centers (JCC’s, libraries, schools, etc.), so feel free to check-in on our map to see if we’re at a site near you!

If you do not see a class near you, you can request it and we’ll bring the Zing! to you!

Yes! We do not always have an active virtual schedule simply because our in-person programming is much higher demand. That said, you can book a virtual for your kids & their friends and we’ll make it happen. Additionally, if you have at least 2 kids interested, we’ll try to set it up and promote on our channel to grow the class. You can email us hello@zing-kids.com to inquire more!

If you’re in NYC, Long Island, Westchester or parts of CT/NJ, setting up a class is super easy. You can email us hello@zing-kids.com with subject REQUEST A CLASS, and we’ll share the options. Typically we can either set up a private class (think pod-style) for your child & their friends/neighbors or we can find a local partner site to run classes at (parks, Y’s, schools, etc.).

If you’re not in the areas above, we are expanding! Tell us where to go. We typically need at least 6 weeks to get a team trained & ready to rock in a new location, so if your area is ready for Zing!, we can make it happen. For special events, our founding & master instructors will travel to you, anywhere in the US. You can email michele@zing-kids.com to inquire about those opportunities.

All of our instructors are Certified Fitness & Movement Professionals who CARE about your kids. The team ranges from Certified Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologists to Dance Therapists and Performers who love to get kids moving & feeling strong. We background check, vet, train & develop all of our instructors who are top tier at what they do so your child can have the most fun, safe experience!

Yes! We LOVE to make your kid feel extra special on their birthday with a Zing! Fit experience. We offer custom 45-minute movement classes for birthday parties that are tailored to your child’s likes and your party needs. We also can create add-ons like custom stickers/giveaways/swag items, support with vendors, and more! We are located in New York City and Long Island, but we do travel throughout Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and The Hamptons upon request. Additionally, we partner with the 92nd Street Y in NYC and the SJJCC in Roslyn on Long Island to host birthday parties from start to finish in their space. In-person class costs range depending on what’s involved, where class is located, etc. That said, you can expect most classes to cost about $27-35/child with special promotions, sibling discounts, free first trials, and more.

At this moment, we only offer our Zing! Fit class as it’s super dynamic and customizable for kids. That said, we do run test programs in some schools, so you never know what’ll be next :)

Inclusivity is one of our core values at Zing! and we aim to make sure everyone feels welcomed, accomplished, and strong in class. Yes! We have done Zing! Fit programs for kids on various sports teams like golf & tennis to help kids get stronger when they’re off the course, court, or field. You can book this as a private class and we’ll match your kids with the right instructor.
