Zing! Class Structure

Here’s what to expect!

The Hype Up

At the start of every class, we

EDUCATE: We learn something new about movement & wellness (e.g. our heart is a muscle, we work it by doing cardio like superstar jacks) and focus on our goals for the class.

MOTIVATE: We get motivated to move with interactive name games, powerful pep talks, and more.

ACTIVATE: We go through a dynamic, full-body, energizing warm-up to prepare the body for class.


Zing Time

We take kids through circuits of exercises that fuses functional movement, affirmations, and imaginative play, charged by a whole lot of FUN and positivity!


Zing! Zone

We combine elements of athletic & conditioning drills, games, obstacle courses, and fitness stations to keep kids moving together & feeling accomplished.


Zinger (the finisher)

We close out the workout with high-energy power moves so kids feel proud & strong.


The Cool down

We finish class with a good stretch, class recap, and motivational mantra.

Each Class:

 Boosts self-confidence

Improves body awareness, balance, posture, and coordination

Supports the ability to learn & adapt to changing environments

Betters mental & emotional wellbeing

Enhances ability to socially interact with others in live classes

Develops better self-discipline and communication skills

Is led by a trained teacher who will ensure your child is engaged, active, safe, and of course, having FUN!
