Open Fit Classes
Open Fit are Zing!’s scheduled Fit classes that are available to the public.
Upper East Side
We currently offer a weekly Zing! Fit Tots Class at Union Square Play UES on Tuesdays at 3:30PM and Fridays at 10:15AM. These classes run through June 2025. You can sign up here.
Union Square
We will be offering a weekly Zing! Fit Tots Class at Union Square Play E11th Street on Thursdays at 10:45AM. Classes will run from March 27 through May 29, 2025.
Gowanus/Park Slope, Brooklyn
We host monthly “Family Fitness Friday” Pop-Up Classes on the first Friday of every month at Playwell. From 3:45-4:30PM kids can enjoy a high energy Zing! Fit class followed by Open Play at Playwell. The class is geared towards children 2-6 years and we encourage families to cheer on their kids! Parents and caregivers of 2 year olds must be active in the class for child support with mixed ages. Personal Fit Classes (pod-style)
Think of this as an extra special “pod class” or enhanced small group training.
For Personal Fit Classes, we create a customized class series tailored tor your child & friends. From setting up in your backyard, at a local park, in your building, a rental space, we bring the Zing! to you.
For Spring 2025, we are hosting personal Zing! Fit classes (pod-style). All you need is a group of at least 4 kids who can take class at the same time, and we'll make it happen! We’ve done everything from a fun, active afterschool activity for your crew to specialized small group training for sports teams, dancers and more!
