Our high-quality, energetic, small group classes and activities are designed to boost confidence, mood, physical fitness and child engagement while ensuring that every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated. We invite you to take a look at the schedule below and discover the class that’s just right for your child!
All of our weekly classes offer semester session & class pack options—a great way to save money, guarantee your child’s spot in their favorite class, and grow with their peers & coaches on a regular basis. The Fall Session runs from 9/6-12/14/25.
As a mom-owned program, we get it—life happens! That’s why we offer make-up classes for any session you need to cancel, as long as you give us a heads-up at least 5 hours before the start time.

The Mom Club is teaming up with Zing! Kids for a dynamic play-based movement event geared towards walking age to 4 year old kids. Your children will learn new exercises (races, obstacle courses, circuits/stations, etc.) while saying positive affirmations to keep the good vibes going. While the kids are having fun, UES fave Sabria's Brows will be on hand to shape your brows and go-to UES beauty destination LIDAV Beauty will be doing mini facials. Plus there will be an awesome goodie bag that both mom and toddler will love.
