While school’s out, we’re teaming up with The Rockaway Hotel to put on a special Zing! Fit Kids experience in their beautiful event space on Wednesday April 24. Bring the kids to Zing! and make it a family week getaway at the beach! In addition to Zing! Zing! is a fun, kid-focused fitness class that fuses FUNctional exercise with affirmations, mindfulness & lots of creative play to participants feeling like total rockstars. Registered participants should wear comfortable, lightweight clothing & sneakers to move & be active in. Zing! creates fun-powered experiences to help kids (and busy grown-ups!) to feel amaZING through movement, mindset, and play.

This class is geared towards children ages 5-8 years old. Please inquire if your child is younger or older!
