Join us at MNS Rocks the Block on Saturday, May 18 from 11:00AM to 4:00PM at 82nd Street between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue on the UES. Zing! will host kid-focused games, challenges, and more that the whole family will love!

MNS Rocks the Block is a free event with selected ticketed activities that will be available for purchase directly at the festival. All proceeds go to PS290, Manhattan New School.

Zing! is a fun, kid-focused fitness class that fuses FUNctional exercise with affirmations, mindfulness & lots of creative play to participants feeling like total rockstars. Zing! creates fun-powered experiences to help kids (and busy grown-ups!) to feel amaZING through movement, mindset, and play.
