Join us for a special outdoor class on Tuesday, June 18 at 4PM AND Friday, June 21 at 3:30PM! We’ll meet in Carl Schurz Park at 87th Street and the grassy area towards the East River. These two classes are for kids ages 7 through 10. Looking forward to seeing you there!

This is a special one-off class, led by our founder Coach Michele! All kids who register and attend will go home with special Zing! goodies! 

Zing! Fit is a confidence-boosting, total body, kid-focused workout that fuses FUNctional exercise and imaginative play with athletic drills, positive affirmations & breathwork. Your child will walk away feeling like a total rockstar!

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in & sneakers and bring a full water bottle for hydration.
