Zing! Birthday Party at the 92nd Street Y

STAR PACKAGE — We bring the fun, you bring the food!

We would love to be a part of your child's special day and help them to feel like a rockstar ✮

Zing! Parties at the 92NY are amaZING because you get to set up the space how you want while we get to provide a fun, positive, and empowering activity that kids of almost all ages can enjoy.

Costs:

$950: up to 12 children, with one Master Instructor & one Assistant Instructor
$1100: up to 18 children, with one Master Instructor & two Assistant Instructors
$1300: up to 24 children, with one Master Instructor & three Assistant Instructors

For the Star Package, Zing! will:

  • Reserve the space and handle all communications with the 92NY.

  • Host a 90-minute party at the 92NY in set party spaces, which includes the necessary tables, chairs, garbage pails, etc.

  • Provide One Lead Master Instructor & Assistant Instructor(s) who will curate & lead the Zing! Fit activity and create a safe, positive experience. Additionally, they will support you from start to finish day-of, from greeting guests & setting up to serving food & cleaning up.

  • Create an exciting, energizing and FUN Zing! Fit class totally customized to your child. From integrating their favorite moves & games, we'll make the party feel like the best day EVER.

  • Lead a welcoming 45 minute class and will arrive early to set up, greet families & kids, and stay after to clean up & take pictures.

  • Bring all of the equipment and turn your space into a Zing! Fit Party Zone. This includes a speaker & music, spots, hurdles, balance beams/pods, cones, etc.

  • Give the birthday child a special Zing! swag kit.

  • Provide goodies for all of the kids (i.e. stickers/badges).

  • Be in easy-to-access communication leading up to the party to help you with any and all planning needs! If there's anything extra we can do, please reach out.

You will:

  • Handle all invitations & guest communications.

  • Plan, deliver & provide all party food (including the cake/dessert), refreshments, eating utensils & decorations.

  • Bring goodie bags, if desired.
