In-School Movement Classes
Zing! school days are the BEST days! From weekly preschool movement classes and physical education residencies to specialty fitness periods, our programming will brighten up everyone’s day. Our classes are designed to enable students to get active, stay focused, and feel rejuvenated all while encouraging social and emotional learning during the school day.

Our signature Zing! Fit classes are designed to help students to act mindfully, think positively, work collaboratively and have FUN through exercise. We provide a physical outlet that will unlock your child’s full potential and help them to feel super strong! Classes & curriculums are tailored to your afterschool program and foster a social & safe movement environment for all.

Weekly Camp Residencies
Zing! at camp is pure joy! Our expert & energetic coaches lead weekly Zing! Fit classes as a special on the schedule that foster the fun camp spirit, inspire your campers moving & feeling strong, and get even the counselors involved! We meet your campers where they’re at and can set up almost anywhere (inside or outside), so rain or shine, Zing! is something your camp will LOVE.

Fitness & Wellness Day Events
Our events make fitness a PARTY! We create an enhanced Zing! Fit experience with specialized equipment, a larger team, our amaZING audio system to rock the house, wonderful energy & smart programming to make your kids’ days. We host these events for school fitness & wellness days, field days, assemblies, camp day events, olympics, holidays, theme days, and so much more. From morning classes to full day takeovers, we’ll help you and your crew to feel amaZING and make movement exciting while educating your children along the way.
